We use what you send only to consider you for this role. Only the HR team, and the colleagues they ask to help decide, read it. We keep the internet address you sent it from, to stop misuse. If you are not hired, we delete your application and files one year after the role closes, or sooner if you ask. If you are hired, it moves to your staff record. You can withdraw at any time from your status page, or write to hr@human.edu.mn to see, correct or delete what we hold. (Law of Mongolia on Personal Data Protection, 2021.)
